I asked this construction worker at 9:08 pm if I could take pictures of her after explaining the class project. She gladly accepted, I tried to explain the blog and where she could find it but she said " woah woah woah, I don't know all that technology stuff" so I opted to text them to her instead. She was so so sweet and kind and was so excited I wish I could show her the blog.  I unfortunately don't know much about what happened and why they were there I only saw them for about 20 minutes while door dashing on highway 20 on the way to Philomath. I know because I was very surprised on my way back that they were gone, cones and everything by the time I came back from taco bell. I wish I could give you even an educated guess but they had multiple intersections blocked off for what seemed like no reason, no crash or broken light or anything. I would've asked but I was actually on my way to deliver something and door dash times me because they suck.
