No Kings Part 2 in Portland, Oregon

October 18, ICE surrounds the sidewalk where peaceful protesters stand No Kings protest in downtown Portland Oregon.  Specifically 4310 S Macadam Ave.
They shot at the crowd with pepper balls (considered a "not lethal weapon") and teargas. They gave no warning as I watched them teargas children during the middle of the day. 

 A protester with a full face respirator to fight off the teargas. Right after this they threw gas into the street and I had to help an older woman off her motorcycle and get saline solution in her eyes. 

The Cascadia flag flies over the gas; The flag serves as a beacon of hope flying high above the rubble that ICE has left in our streets.
